3. Orders & Payment

Orders will only be processed after full payment has been successfully received.

Available payment methods may vary depending on your country or region. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their preferred payment method is available before completing their purchase.

4. Order Processing & Shipping

Our standard processing times are:

• Processing time: 1–3 business days

• Shipping time after dispatch: 1–7 business days, depending on the destination

Orders may be shipped directly from our supplier located in China.

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges, which are the responsibility of the customer where applicable.

Delivery times are estimates only. Delays caused by customs inspections, public holidays, weather conditions, or shipping carriers do not entitle customers to cancel an order or request a refund.

5. Returns & Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and entered into processing.

Refund requests or chargebacks may not be initiated before the ordered item has been delivered.

Maison Toronto is not liable for lost or damaged shipments where the tracking information confirms successful delivery to the shipping address provided by the customer.

Our liability is limited, under all circumstances, to the purchase price of the affected product.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their shipping information is complete and accurate before placing an order.

All content available on this website, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, logos, branding, and website design, is the exclusive property of Maison Toronto unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written permission.

We aim to respond within five (5) business days.

For complaints relating to sizing, quality, damaged products, or incorrect items, please include:
